INITIAL CORPORATE EXPERIENCE - Nokia Siemens Networks (2009 - 2012)
I started working as a Professor in Brilliant Academy of Engineering from January 2009 to May 2009, teaching Management subject to Diploma Engineering students from several colleges. I joined Nokia Siemens Networks in September 2009 for Bharti Airtel client till April 2011 as a Technical Support/Customer Service Engineer. Being in the same company and a project change, I started working for Tata Docomo (Tata Teleservices TTSL) client as an Assistant Team Lead from May 2011 to December 2012.
LEADERSHIP CORPORATE EXPERIENCE - Wipro/eClerx (2013 - 2015)
I joined Nucsoft in March 2013 for Fullerton India client till December 2013 as a Project Lead in Finance/IT.
I joined Wipro Infotech in December 2013 for Vodafone client till December 2014 as a Site Incharge in Finance/Telecom.
I joined eClerx Services in September 2015 for Dell, Intel and Microsoft clients for EMEA regions till July 2016 as an Associate Process Manager in Retail Finance/Digital Marketing.
FINANCIAL CONSULTANT - ICICI Securities/Equity Confidence (2015 - 2020)
Since January 2015, I started working as an Investor in Equity Markets based with ICICI Securities. From August 2016, I started managing Investment Portfolios for my NRI Clients including Equity, Mutual Funds, ULIPs and Currency. From 2017, I started focusing mainly on Equity Portfolio for Companies listed on NSE and BSE.
In March 2018, I registered Internet Domain www.equityconfidence.com and paid registration charges for a Private Limited Company "Equity Confidence" through ClearTax. Many Chartered Accountants were confused regarding the Memorandum of Association (MOA) of my business. My business model was first of its kind and has never been implemented anywhere. They were not sure whether my Company would fall into which category - Shop Establishment or a Private Limited Company. Another challenge which came up was in which taxation (GST) bracket my company will fall into. And the last reason, there were some unforeseen unethical challenges (corruption/bribery) in formation/registration of the Company for which I took a stand and won't do anything which is illegal. I dropped my plan eventually and continued to work as an Independent Financial Consultant. I have always been ethical in my decisions, instead of going into legal complications with SEBI.

BUSINESS STRATEGIST - Thomson Reuters (Sep 2018 - Mar 2019)
Since September 2018, I was working for a 2020 Global Recession Project with my Business Plan for my Domain "Equity Confidence" and Strategy Development. I created a Business Plan and approached many Finance Companies like Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, BlackRock, Blackstone, Chase, Citi, Standard Chartered, HSBC and others.
In the same month, I also researched about my domain name "Equity Confidence" which was registered for my Company. Through various domain name appraisal tools and SEO, it was valued between $25,000 USD onwards. I got an offer from someone through LinkedIn who is a well known Domain Broker (who has been associated with domain names sales in millions of dollars). I decided to work on Business plans instead of going into Domain Name Business.
In the same month, China Knowledge liked my tweet on Twitter (social media) sent to Ant Financial, a $150 billion Company.
I got Acknowledgment e-mails from:
CIBC (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce), a $50 billion Company in October 2018.
Citi, a $185 billion Company shared my business proposal to their Business Team in January 2019.
In December 2018, I was approached by Thomson Reuters officials. But Thomson Reuters was going under restructuring process, they sold off their Finance & Risk (F&R) business to Blackstone, Refinitiv was formed for which my business plan was kept on hold in March 2019. Further, Refinitiv was acquired by London Stock Exchange (LSE) and Hong Kong Exchange expressed interest to acquire LSE.
BUSINESS STRATEGIST - Dubai Tourism: Emirates & Emaar (Mar - Oct 2019)
In March 2019, I decided to work on another Business Plan and approached the Dubai Government. I do have an international work experience at a Government level for a Middle East city (Dubai) for a revenue generation strategy in billions. In addition, my Business Plan is also shortlisted in His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Parliament (Status - Under Review). I'd presented my Business Plan in July 2019 at their Government office (Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing) in Dubai.
BUSINESS STRATEGIST - Indigo Airlines (2019)
In November 2019, I approached the Leadership Team of Indigo Airlines and had a discussion with Director - Revenue Management regarding my Business Proposal for a revenue Revenue Business Generation Strategy in billions.
EDTECH (2020 - Present)
I joined an EdTech startup company in February 2020 as a Manager - Operations and Customer Service.
LOYALTY PROGRAM EXPERIENCE - Standard Chartered/Citi (2011 - Present)
I do have a Loyalty Program Experience for Banks like Standard Chartered, Citi, HSBC & ICICI including Payback and mobile wallets. I have Credit Cards from Standard Chartered (Manhattan, Titanium, Landmark, Inner Circle and Platinum), HSBC (Platinum) and Citi (Rewards and First Citizen). Also, a part of Referral Program for Citi. I'd credit cards from ICICI (HPCL-ICICI cobranded and Coral). I am also interested in Partnerships/Alliances (Merchants) in Credit Cards. My interest also goes in a new payments app CRED. I am a customer for mobile wallets like PayTm, Mobikwik and Future Pay. Based on my cashback and points earnings and redemption, I am well versed with all the Terms & Conditions and follow them religiously.
